The 2018 World Championship was played in Khabarovsk, Russia, and in Harbin, China. The Group A played in Khabarovsk and the Group B in Harbin. Russia took back the gold from last year and beat Sweden in the final game.
The Netherlands won Group B after final victory over Japan.
