FIB has now developed information on how personal data should be handled and protected within the framework of anti-doping work. FIB has its registered office in Sweden and shall then handle the protection of personal data in accordance with Swedish law. The law is abbreviated GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and is fundamental for the protection of personal data throughout the EU. The document FIB has produced clarifies how data security should work within the Anti-Doping activities.

FIB has now included a document that clarifies many aspects of the protection of personal data, such as clarifying whose personal data can be saved, why it is collected, who FIB shares the information with, how FIB protects your data, how long it is stored and, not least, what rights the persons concerned have.
