Wiipurin Sudet from Lappeenranta won the sixth consecutive Finnish Championship 2019. The games were played in Kemi at Hepola stadium last weekend. In the semi final Wiipurin Sudet beat Vastuksen 18-1 and HIFK won the other semi final against Kampparit 8-0. In the final game Wiipurin Sudet won HIFK from Helsinki 10-0. Kampparit won the bronze game by beating Vastuksen 10-2. The first Womens WC was held in Lappeenranta 2004. The first Girls WC was also in Lappeenranta. Exellent work has been done in Lappeenranta for girl’s and women’s Bandy.
