FIB continuously improves its governance by reviewing existing and creating new regulations.
Following the Statutes amendments, creation of By-Laws and Terms of References, the next phase of governance reform has been concluded regarding tournaments.
Led by the Technical Committee, the FIB event related documents have been updated and published on the website. With these documents the whole life circle of the FIB events is covered including the following regulations:

The work has been guided by clarifying the conditions for each tournament to simplify for FIB Member Associations, National teams, Club teams, Organizers and Media.
As part of FIB’s gender equity ambition, the same conditions now apply to men’s and women’s tournaments both senior and youth.
