Ice Palace Baikal is growing to be ready for the World Championship in bandy 2020 and the decision of the Group A. The tournament will be arranged in the Ice Palace from March 29 to April 5. For the first time in a long time, the World Championship will take place after the national play offs. The Group B also plays its tournament in Irkutsk but in the outdoor arena March 1-6.
The Ice Palace is an exciting project that will accommodate many different sports. The Bandy World Championships will be the biggest event when the arena is ready in March 2020.
