Västerås SK became Swedish champion for women when the final was decided at Studenternas Arena in Uppsala on Saturday, March 21. Due to the spread of the corona virus, the final was played before empty stands. The final was decided under the best conceivable conditions, sunshine and zero temperature.
The match was very exciting from start to finish. With a few minutes left of the game Skutskär was in the lead with 3-1. But Västerås caught up to 3-3 and Västerås decided after 6 minutes of additional time.
